Durable Wheat Bag handmade with reloved Neutral Linen and Purple Satin Ribbon with embroidered detailing, containing beautiful British Lavender with cleaned and treated British Wheatgrain. Soothes muscle or joint pain and promotes relaxation. 48cm x 14cm.

Using as a heat pack - Place on rotating plate and microwave for one minute. Apply to affected area. 

Using as an ice pack - Place in a plastic bag in the freezer for about 90 minutes. Apply to affected area.
